The holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful house in the center of Avola just a catwalk from the sea. Under an external shower on the terrace in the courtyard, you can refresh yourself after returning from the beach.

The bedroom offers a double bed with a very comfortable mattress. In the living room there is a sofa bed, as well as a baby bed and a child's chair on request.

The house owner Corrado Fronte lives on the ground floor and is there for you whenever you need him. He can give you useful tips for sightseeing, restaurants, shopping and much more. The entrance to the holiday apartment is separate.

Avola (about 31,000 inhabitants) and Marina di Avola is one of the cities of the Sicilian baroque and is located directly at the sea. Famous beyond the borders of Sicily is the red wine Nero d'Avola - which you of course should try. Noto and Siracusa, the two neighboring cities, are within a few minutes.

The beaches are only 200 m away from the holiday apartment in Sicily. In Avola you will find all shops of daily necessities, as well as various restaurants and bars. Many baroque churches and buildings characterize the cityskyline.

The nature reserve of Vendicari is located very close to the coast, where the beautiful natural beaches invites you to sunbath and relax.
