Comfortable holiday apartment at the sea of Avola, only 200 meters from the sandy beach. Here, the lure is not only the cozy facilities and the beautiful sea view from the balcony, but also numerous excursion destinations in the surrounding area.

The holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful house in the center of Avola, just a catwalk from the sea. Under an external shower on the terrace in the courtyard, you can refresh yourself after returning from the beach.

The bedroom offers a double bed with a very comfortable mattress. In the living room there is a sofa bed, as well as a baby bed and a child's chair on request.

The house owner, Corrado Fronte, lives on the first floor and is there for you whenever you need him. He can give you useful tips for sightseeing, restaurants, shopping, and much more. The entrance to the holiday apartment is separate.

Avola (about 31,000 inhabitants) and Marina di Avola are two of the cities of the Sicilian Baroque and are located directly at the sea. Famous beyond the borders of Sicily is the red wine Nero d'Avola, which you of course should try. Noto and Siracusa, the two neighboring cities, are within a few minutes.

The beaches are only 200 m away from the holiday apartment in Sicily. In Avola you will find all shops of daily necessities, as well as various restaurants and bars. Many baroque churches and buildings characterize the city skyline.

The nature reserve of Vendicari is located very close to the coast, where the beautiful natural beaches invite you to sunbathe and relax.
