Description

We only do it reluctantly – but with this villa Fortunée you can only indulge in superlatives. Everything really is absolutely great!

The pool (12 x7 m) with hydro-massage and springboard provides for cooling. The fantastic view to the Eolian Islands and from the bay of Capo Tindari with the conservation area Laghetti di Marinello to Capo di Milazzo provides for total relaxation. It takes you 10 minutes to the various wonderful sandy beaches at the Northern coast of Sicily.

No matter where you are – on the roof terrace or at the pool – the sea is always there to be seen and enjoyable in all its splendor.

On the large roof terrace (240 sqm) sun beds are available to feel well in the remarkable Sicilian sun. From here the view is even better because you have the panorama of the nearby sea and the surrounding enchanting mountainous landscape.

Here everything is simply great! Inside and outside. The bright living area (140 sqm) located on different levels offers each comfort you need for a luxurious holiday. To start with the 119-inch large Sat-TV with DVD player, the iPod station and the WLAN Internet, the modern kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove and American breakfast bar and to end with the dining area with garden- and sea view. The floor heating and the lights can be controlled by a computer on the wall.

Four cozy bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, are available for up to 7 persons.

The property covers 13,500 sqm on the whole. Of this, ca. 1,500 sqm are English lawn. The rest is a meadow with ca. 70 olive trees and all the fruit trees exists in Sicily. Of course, you can have a taste of all this. Six private parking lots are available on the property, supervised by security cameras and with electric gate.

Villa Fortunée, ein großzügig ausgestattetes Anwesen in traumhafter Panoramalage mit Ausblick auf Küste und Meer. Der offene Wohn/Ess und Küchenbereich ist sehr gemütlich und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir waren insgesamt als Familie mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern vor Ort. Jeder hatte genügend Privatsphäre und für jedes Schlafzimmer ist auch ein eigenes Badezimmer vorhanden. Die Zimmer im Untergeschoss sind über eine schmale leicht gewendelte Treppe vom Küchenbereich oder über einen externen Zugang zu erreichen. Diese Räumlichkeiten verfügen nur über Oberlichter und haben keinen direkten Fensterausblick. In der Nähe gibt es umfangreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zahlreiche attraktive Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Außenanlagen sind ebenfalls sehr ansprechend, wir konnten sie aber leider nicht nutzen, da es im Februar doch noch sehr windig und kühl war. Insgesamt war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub und Herr Golde hat uns von Anfang an bestens beraten.

Ein Paradies für Urlauber und Hund....Riesiges umzäumtes, sehr gepflegtes Grundstück, traumhafte Lage mit fantastischem Meerblick, großer sehr sauberer Pool. Das Haus sehr geräumig und sauber. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Klimaanlage vorhanden-haben wir aber nicht benutzt, es ist Sommer und auch bei Außentemperaturen von 34 Grad kein Problem für uns...Die Anfahrt ist unkompliziert; nicht immer bei Ferienhäusern in Italien...Insgesamt sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Wir waren gespannt nach den Bildern im Internet und wir wurde nicht enttäuscht. Es entsprach genau dem, was wir erwartet haben. Ein Haus abseits des Trubels, mit allem Komfort und dem wunderbarer Pool, der uns in die Ferne eine Blick auf die vielen kleinen Vulkaninseln bot. Alles war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Pizzeria in der Nähe können wir auch sehr empfehlen, siehe Vorkontakt. Ansonsten den Supermarkt in Falcone, der alles hat, was man braucht. Sehr gut hat uns der Strand in Marinello gefallen. Das Meer ist glasklar und unglaublich sauber. Die Burg in Tindari ist einen Ausflug wert und natürlich der Ätna, der wenige Tage nach unserem Besuch Feuer spukte. Alles in allem ein rundum schöner Urlaub, der keine Wünsche übrig lies. Zu erwähnen ist noch, das die Betreuung von Herrn Golde überaus freundlich war. Er war jederzeit Ansprechpartner für uns, wenn wir etwas auf dem Herzen hatten. DANKE!

Sehr schönes und großes Haus in wunderschöner Lage, ruhig und abgelegen aber gut zu erreichen. Ein großer Pool mit Gartenhaus und Toilette sorgen für perfekte Erholung. Ansonsten Natur pur rund ums Haus. Gute Pizzeria und Café sowie eine gute Metzgerei mit einigen Lebensmitteln ist in Campo Grande 1,5 km vom Haus entfernt zu erreichen. Kann das Haus sehr empfehlen!
