The villa is quietly located on a hill above the small town Falcone without being disturbed by any through traffic. Peace and quiet are granted even in the high season.

The large terrace with sea view, the refreshing swimming pool and the green garden with a lot of palm trees don't leave anything to be desired. In a well-looked-after condition, they are the highlight of the property.

The whole area of Villa Falcone is protected by a 2 m-stone wall and thus offers absolute quiet and privacy. 3 parking lots are directly on the property.

The villa is furnished with taste. Everywhere in the house there are valuable antiques. The spacious living area with SAT-TV and comfortable seats invites to relax.

The open-plan kitchen offers the utmost comfort such as dishwasher, fridge, electric stove and gas stove. Further on the ground floor consists of a bathroom with shower and two cozy bedrooms with double bed respectively two single beds, windows, bedside tables, wardrobes and central heating.

The attic studio with a double bed and a single bed features another bathroom with washing machine and a roof terrace with sea - and Mountain View.

The main terrace surrounds the house and offers a breathtaking panoramic sea view. The garden embellished with a lot of plants has a brickwork grill, an outdoor shower and an outdoor basin. No chance for feeling restricted! Everywhere in the garden you will find a shady spot to relax or a sunny spot to tan. A lot of different seats such as sun beds and garden furniture are at your disposal.

Falcone is a small community in the province of Messina in Sicily/Italy with 2845 inhabitants. Falcone is located 61 km west of Messina at the coast of the Thyrrenian Sea. Most of the inhabitants farm. The neighbouring communities are: Furnari, Montalbano, Elicona, Oliveri and Tripi. Falcone is located in a spacious bay between Capo Milazzo and Capo Tindari (Black Madonna and Greek theatre) directly at the sea. It is 15 km to Milazzo and 60 km to Messina. The wonderful mountainous landscape of the hinterland is ideal for hiking and biking.
