It is one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of the Sicilian east coast. The sandy beach is very clean and best suited for a holiday in Sicily.

In the village there is a supermarket, a restaurant and various beach bars, which are only open during the summer months. Open all year round shops and restaurants are located in Marzamemi (4 km) and Pachino (6 km). 

Nearby, you will find a lot of cities of culture which are inviting you to day trips, such as Modica, Ragusa and Syracuse.
