The maisonette apartment Arancio with four rooms on two levels and a terrace offers a breathtaking view to the sea and the Eolian Islands. In 95qm living space, up to 6 people can stay.

A spacious living / dining room with open-plan kitchen is located on the first floor (50qm) as well as a bedroom with accessible wardrobe and a bathroom with shower, WC and bidet.

The large covered terrace (14qm) located on the first floor, too, will most probably be the place where you will spend most of your time. You will never get tired of this fantastic sea view. Time slows down while looking at the sea. An absolute calmness will overwhelm you.

On the first floor (45qm) there is one bedroom with double bed and another large bedroom with two single beds. Furthermore, a bathroom and two balconies are located here, sea view included.

An ideal place for hiking, photography, hang gliding and paragliding. Various beaches can be reached in about 15 minutes. As well as the pretty village of Gioiosa Marea with its beautiful old buildings, restaurants, and bars to enjoy the good things of typical Sicilian cuisine.

Interesting sights nearby are the Santuario di Tindari, the Theatre of Tindari, the natural park of Nebrodi, the nature reserve Laghetti di Marinello and the many villages, such as Montalbano or Novara di Sicilia.

In about an hour you can also reach the tourist strongholds of Cefalù and Taormina or take an impressive hike around the craters of the active volcano Etna.
